All tests are reviewed, signed, and certified by a PhD and are typically available within 5–7 business days after the laboratory receives the samples. In rare cases, results may take up to 10 business days depending on laboratory processing times. Printed copies sent by mail may require additional delivery time. Results are released only to authorized individuals who have provided consent and, when applicable, their designated attorney, court, or agency as listed on the chain-of-custody documentation.
