GENOXY LLC Refund Policy

1. General Policy

    All appointments and services provided by GENOXY LLC are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Deposits and Payments

    A deposit and/or prepayments may be required to secure appointments.

    The deposit amount, when applicable, will go toward the cost of service, including administrative costs

    associated with scheduling and appointment preparation.

    Deposits are subject to the terms of this Refund & Scheduling Policy. 

3. Cancellations

    Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment

    may result in forfeiture of any required deposit.

4. No-Shows

    Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of any required deposit. 

5. Refunds

    Eligibility Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

    GENOXY LLC is unable to perform the service.

    Duplicate payment was made and service was not rendered due to provider error.

    All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy

    Except as expressly provided in this policy, deposits and payments are non-refundable once processed. 

6. Rescheduling

    Rescheduling is subject to availability. request must be made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment

    may result in forfeiture of any required deposit. Additional fees may apply depending on timing and service type. 

7. Service Limitations

    GENOXY LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, emergencies, client error, or third-party laboratories.

8. No refunds on Home DNA kits. No refunds once payment has been processed. No refunds once kits are shipped.

    Home DNA  kits will be replaced if lost or damaged during transit.

9. Sample Recollection Requirement

    If the laboratory determines that a recollection of a sample is required, the participant must comply. If the participant is unable or  

    refuses to complete a recollection, no refund will be issued.
