1. Introduction:

   These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by GENOXY LLC, including

   DNA testing coordination, specimen collection services, drug screening services, and related products or digital

   services. By accessing this website, booking services, purchasing products, or submitting samples, you agree to be

   bound by these Terms.

2. Company Information:

    GENOXY LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of North Carolina and operated by its owner(s).

3. Services Overview:

    GENOXY LLC provides specimen collection services and coordinates testing through third-party accredited

    laboratories. GENOXY LLC does not perform laboratory analysis or determine or finalize laboratory test results. 

    Completed results are provided to GENOXY LLC for distribution to the client, as applicable. Certified third-party

     laboratories conduct the analysis. 

4. Medical and Legal Disclaimer:

    All services provided are for collection and informational coordination purposes only and are not intended as medical,

    legal, or diagnostic advice. Legal admissibility of results may vary depending on jurisdiction, chain-of-custody

    procedures, and applicable laws. Clients should consult legal counsel regarding admissibility when applicable.

5. Eligibility and Consent:

    Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have legal authorization to request services. Proper identification and

     consent are required prior to service.

6. Payment or a deposit may be required before services are rendered. Payment terms, deposits, cancellations,

    rescheduling, refunds, and no shows are governed by GENOXY LLC's Refund and Scheduling Policy. Prices are

    subject to change without notice.

7. Third-Party Services:

    GENOXY LLC is not responsible for the actions, processing times, or outcomes of third-party laboratories or service

    providers.

8. Limitation of Liability:

   GENOXY LLC is not liable for delays, errors, or results provided by third-party laboratories, shipping carriers, or client-

    related errors. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Services:

    GENOXY LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
